French clothing, jewelry and accessories boutique located in downtown Bethesda, is currently looking for experienced, friendly and intelligent people to work part-time IMMEDIATELY. Must be available to work at least 3 afternoons a week. We offer 15-20 hours per week with the strong possibility of additional morning or afternoon hours, relaxed atmosphere and generous employee discount. The qualified person for this position will have at least 2 months retail experience, preferably in women's apparel, jewelry, or accessories, and outstanding customer service skills. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Duties include opening and closing the store, visual merchandising, store upkeep, and creative approaches to reaching sales goals. We are looking for a fun, attentive, enthusiastic person who with great sales, interpersonal and merchandising skills. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED preferred. • At least 2 months of previous sales experience handling cash transactions, preferably in apparel/jewelry retail establishments. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • One reference from a previous employer or professional contact.
