More than 30 years of EDP experience. I know that I can make a significant contribution to any DP organization. I am an experienced/programmer/designer/ manager with a very strong Technical background in computer system design and database development. I enjoy working with people. I believe strongly in developing and challenging my subordinates. I have extensive experience in application development. This experience includes both the analysis, design and coding of applications as well as management of the development process. I have extensive experience in Fourth Generation languages including the use of case tools and whole life cycle.

„X Database Specialist II At D.O.T./FHWA (Federal Department of Transportation / Federal Highway Administration ), I was responsible for the conversion, redesign, development and implementation of MCMIS (Motor Carrier Management Information System), from IDMS/ADSO mainframe to Oracle 8i database using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports 6i and Seagates Crystal Reports
„X I was responsible for supporting MCMIS on an IBM 390 mainframe using CA's IDMS database and ADSO. This included application development, database unloads/reloads and dictionary/database restructures for both the batch system as well as the corresponding ADSO online system. Maintained numerous SAS application reporting systems for SAS users.
„X I was the LAN Administrator for FHWAs Novell server using Novells Groupwise.
„X Using CAs IDMS/PC and Micro Focus Cobol, I unloaded the MCMIS online and batch production systems onto an IDMS/PC server. I then set up a development/ test environment network that supported 18 online/batch developers. This required all DBA responsibilities on an IDMS/PC server and 24/7 support for both server and nodes. I had this responsibility for 11 years as well as my daily requirements. I was CAs primary beta site during this period for the IDMS/PC product line.
