Empty nesters on simi-fixed income must relo back home to DC. We are a commuter and spouse with health issues hoping to rent an "unfurnished" but spacious 2br/2b house/cottage, in-law suite, or as a last resort a basement apt at no more than $800 a month.

Will consider housing sitting arrangement for Academians, military, or others on extended travel. Must have driveway or accommodations for 2 vehicles WITH a rental agreement for a minimum of one year.

Prefer southern Maryland, lower PG Cty -- DO NOT REPLY if north of DC, or VA.
