Comes complete with (8) 6 volt batteries and charger. Battery Charger plugs into a 110 wall outlet. Cart is free of dents, scrapes/scratches. Seats still have original plastic covering on them. Radio, wipers, horn, lights and blinkers are all in working condition. Tires have much tread and are in great condition. Slight wear under rear seat where seat is attached to cart
