Position Description:
Provide program analyst support to the Contract Tower and Weather program. Develop performance indicators associated with results-management and performance-based budgeting.
· Develop quantifiable measurements for overall performance in meeting strategic goals and objectives.
· Identify and track metrics for critical operational performance.
· Prepare and issue performance status reports. Coordinate ATO-T Safety and ATO-S audit findings tracking mitigation plans. Prepare briefings, maintain documentation, coordinate Program Reviews, update organizational charts, and track ACT training.

Skill Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field of study + 2years of experience or minimum of seven (7) or more years of relevant experience
