Description



We're looking for a developer with the creativity of Mozart and the analytic skills of MacGyver to join our exceptional software team.

You will:

* be an outstanding Web back-end developer, working on multiple projects for a variety of clients; creating dynamic applications and relational databases
* understand the goals of the work & how the final application will make the client better.
* create integrated Web sites for clients encompassing content management systems, e-commerce, and personalization.
* be involved in the entire project life cycle, from specification development, user interface design, programming, relational database design/construction, and gathering client feedback.
* provide consults to the new business team for proposals and budgets.
* help re-engineer client business processes (streamline workflow, eliminate paper mailings, duplicate data entry, and save money).
* be part of a multi-disciplinary team including programmers, designers, front-end developers and project managers.
* develop Web applications that exceed industry and Matrix coding standards.

Job Requirements:

You have:

* experience developing large, database driven applications with ColdFusion.

You have experience with or are eager to learn:

* ASP.NET
* PHP
* Python
* source control (subversion, git, etc.)
* the Fusebox development methodology.
* JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, AJAX, Flex.
