In this position you will Provide organizational and administrative support to OSS Division Chief, Duties include clerical, administrative, technical editing, technical publication support.
Job Description:
* Maintain and update Division organizational documents such as Org Charts, Recall Rosters and email distribution, policies and procedures documents, tele-work procedures.
* Coordinate and consolidate all responses/inputs on behalf of the division and sending them to the NS Front Office.
* Record and timekeeping management
* Monitor and manage the Action Information Management System (AIMS) database.
* Provide oversight for personnel management to include managing government vacant billets and in and out processing for government and contractor personnel and space management issues.
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Self Starter
* Position will require a secret clearance
Education:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years administrative experience
* Technical editing and technical publishing support a plus
