Hi, my name is Pebbles and I am looking for a home to call my own. I was living in an auto junkyard with my puppies and not being taken care of very well. The people at the bank next door were feeding me and fell in love with me. I was friendly and very affectionate with everyone so they thought they should try to help me find a better home. I was taken to the shelter by the great animal control people because they thought I deserved a better life. I love people and am living with a foster family that has two young children. Second Hope Rescue is located in Leonardtown, MD 20650 Please read below for some of our adoption policies: To meet any of our animals outside of a scheduled event, an approved application is required. The adoption donation is $200.00 unless stated otherwise. There is an additional, non-refundable $50 charge on any approved adoption when the adoptive home is located between 60-100 miles from Leonardtown, MD. If we agree to an adoption further than that there will be an additional charge. Any adoption further than 60 miles is at the discretion of the Board due to availability of volunteers.
