Garth is a purebred white German shepherd who was purchased from a breeder when he was two years old. Poor Garth was tied in the yard for the next 5years of his life and then dumped at the kill shelter! Despite his awful treatment, he is a total sweetheart who loves people and is longing to finally have a family who will love him, dote on him, and spoil him.Garth is in good health and neutered and is a very smart, handsome, well-behaved boy. He is housebroken, despite living in the yard for years. He knows some commands, he does well with brushing and nail trimming, and likes to ride in the car. And he walks well on a leash. He does fine with most other dogs. He is a bit too interested in cats, so should not live with them. He has a wonderful curl at the tip of his tail! He is extremely bonded to Zoey, a 3-year-old white shepherd girl, and they would love to be adopted together, although they can be placed separately. They make a beautiful couple! Zoey is very sweet, about 70-80 pounds, gets aloong with other dogs. She is a bit too interested in cats, and should not live with them. She is very smart and knows several commands. Poor Zoey has been passed around to several owners, through no fault of her own. She is in good health and is housebroken and spayed. She deserves to finally have a home that will love and appreciate her forever. Both Garth and Zoey are gentle and sweet.
