Are you a true Pepsi Cartoon Collector's Edition or Super Hero Series Glasses collector? These are part of the Pepsi Series that were very popular in the 1970's. I am not a vendor or dealer, just a private individual who is now wanting to offer this really great collection of glasses to others who might enjoy them and who share the interest in their history and collection value going forward. They were originally produced in the mid-’70’s by the Pepsi Cola Company and were highly popular. All are part of these Pepsi Collector Series of Super Hero and cartoon characters -- and each glass is marked with the authentic special seal which designates it as a: "Pepsi Collector Series, Warner Brothers, Inc. or Super Series logo (1973)or(1976)", etc. The markings are distinctive and cannot be duplicated. Each glass is approximately 6-1/4 inches high, 3-1/8 inches in diameter at the top and about 2-1/4 inches in diameter at the bottom. There are no chips or cracks in the glasses, and the coloration and detail on each is specifically graded from good to excellent to mint. These are truly collector glasses to be enjoyed and collected, and they are seen regularly on eBay and other speciality collector sites-- they only continue to appreciate in value. Lot 2: Petunia Pig (rare) (1) Excellent; Wonder Woman (very rare) Design 1 (1) Mint and Design 2 (1) Good; Bat Girl (Very Rare) (1) Mint; Porky Pig and Petunia (rare) (1) Mint; Shazam (rare) (1) Mint; Superman (1) Good; Foghorn plays tennis with nephew (rare) (1) Mint; Porky Pig (1) Excellent; Tasmanian Devil (1) Good; Daffy Duck (1) Good; Tweety Pie (1) Good; Aquaman (very rare) (1) Excellent. With the recent value uptick in the Moon Series Superhero glasses, this entire collection, in its entirety, is appraised conservatively at around $950 in the current market-- and rare glasses in this collection will individually fetch $50 to $80 on current open market. I will sell this entire collection to first qualified buyer for $700. I will otherwise sell individual glasses or smaller sets, depending on their rarity and individual market value with rankings for some glasses and type of glass all factors in a case by case assessment-- please email me if one or more interests you! As a general rule, individual Moon Series (Super Hero) glasses typically will be $45 to $75 each for cash and carry (does not include any s/h), with regular glasses in this collection going from $20 to $35 (does not include any s/h).
