The engine is mated to a class leading 7-speed automatic transmission with Touch Shift® adaptive shift control and Comfort/Sport modes. Details of some of these features are as follows. The 7-speed transmission has a dual mode automatic shift program that can be kept in the Comfort mode for ordinary road conditions, or switched to the Sport mode during more spirited driving sessions such as on twisting back roads. It keeps the engine in its powerband longer and delays upshifts for faster acceleration. The power glass moonroof and power windows have one-touch express-open/close operation, so a window goes all the way down or up without having to hold the switch. The automatic climate control with charcoal filter has dual zones to let the driver and passenger select their own comfort level. The remote keyless entry system with panic button and SmartKey® integrated engine immobilizer and security system with tow-away protection prevents the engine from starting without the proper electronic key. It also lets you lower the windows and open the roof as you approach the vehicle, or close them when you exit. The Tele Aid® emergency call system with roadside assistance and concierge information functions can also unlock your car if you leave the key inside and even help police track a stolen vehicle(may require activation). The automatic antiglare inside rearview mirror reduces glare from vehicles behind you by darkening when bright headlights approach from behind. The dual 10-way power seats with 3 person memory also stores steering wheel and mirror positions. The turn signals have a one-touch lane change feature that activates for 3 flashes with just a touch. The power tilt and telescope leather wrapped steering wheel lets you find a comfortable driving position and has audio and multifunction display controls. It has an easy-entry/exit feature that raises the wheel to the uppermost position when leaving the vehicle. Rain sensing wipers automatically turn on and adjust their speed to the intensity of the rainfall. Light-sensing headlamps with time-delay headlight off function turn on automatically and stay on to illuminate your driveway after exiting the car.

This car is also loaded with all the active safety features Mercedes is known for such as 8 airbags including dual front, front and rear door side and window curtain head protection airbags, active head restraints that reduce whiplash injuries by moving forward in a rear-end collision to prevent the head from abruptly moving backwards, seatbelt pretensioners that take up slack in the seatbelts to firmly secure the occupants in their seats during a crash, Anti-Lock Brakes(ABS) with Emergency-Sensing Brake Assist(ESBA) that can sense panic stopping and automatically apply all available power brake boost instantly to potentially reduce stopping distances, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) enhances directional control with over/understeering of the vehicle being counteracted by applying brakes to the appropriate wheel to create a countervailing vehicle movement and Automatic Slip Control (ASR), a sophisticated traction control system to help counteract wheelspin on ice and snow covered roads. The most significant safety feature to the E-Class lineup for 2007 is the addition of PRE-SAFE. This safety system was introduced on the S-Class cars a few years ago, and is one that senses when conditions indicate a crash is near. PRE-SAFE then takes protective measures such as tensioning the seatbelts, adjusting front seats that are too far forward or overly reclined, and closing windows and the sunroof if the car goes into a skid and may roll over. This system also detects oversteer and understeer events through the sensors for electronic stability control (ESP) and reacts to maintain driver control. It all adds up to a safety system that tries its best to protect you. It goes without saying that the car has all the finest passive safety features as well including high strength low alloy steel in critical areas, advanced front and rear crumple zones, reinforced floorpan, doors and door sills for excellent protection against side impacts and head restraints for all passengers.

The car is in excellent condition inside and out. It’s a one owner southern California car (which is probably why it’s so clean) It has a clean and clear CarFax history. It has a very clean dent-free body with a brilliant paint finish. I’ve looked it over top to bottom and found no evidence that it was ever wrecked or that it has any previous paint or body work. It doesn’t even have a bumper nick or door ding to speak of. The only cosmetic items to note are that some of the wheels have a few curb scrapes that could be touched up and there is a ¼ inch hairline scratch in the instrument cluster. Coming from southern California, the car has aftermarket window tint that may or may not be legal in your state. I can have the tint professionally removed at a local detail shop for a reasonable cost if you want. If you prefer to keep the tint, I can’t be responsible if your state has a problem with it or if you get a ticket. The interior is in like new condition showing hardly any wear, and the car doesn‘t appear to have been smoked in. The trunk looks like it was barely ever used and the engine compartment looks immaculate.

Mechanically it runs and drives excellent. The engine pulls strong and yet feels silky smooth both at idle, while accelerating and throughout the cruising range and the transmission shifts are barely noticeable. The steering wheel is on dead center going down the road with no shakes or vibrations at speed, the brakes are firm with no pedal pulsations or pulling to one side when stopping, and the suspension is tight. It has a matching set of four high performance low profile Continental ContiProContact tires size 245/40R18 in the front and 265/35R18 in the rear all with a very good amount of tread left. Mercedes uses the Flexible Service System (FSS)® which permits a flexible service schedule that is directly related to the operating conditions of the vehicle. Extended highway driving allows a longer interval between service while city driving in cold weather with frequent engine startups and extended idling calls for a shorter service interval. The next service isn’t due for nearly another 12,000 miles.

This car comes with the balance of the Mercedes 4 year/50,000 mile factory warranty. This car is a late 2007 production model so it has a longer warranty than many other ‘07’s which have warranties that may have started as early as September of 2006. The in-service date of the car was March 2007 so the warranty is good for about another 1 ½ years or another 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Contact a Mercedes dealer for details.

The price new of this 2007 E350 was over $52,000 The Kelly Blue Book price on the car is over $37,000. If you are serious about buying a low mileage, clean 2007 E350 Sport in the most sought after color combination, this is about as low as they go. If you are looking for a nice Mercedes in excellent condition at a good price, then this car is hard to beat. Also remember that we don’t charge dealer processing fees or document fees that many other listings have for $200 or more and bury in their fine print. The bottom line is that this car is listed at a price which is thousands below that of what you would pay at a Mercedes dealer.
