I represent a number of homeowners in and around the area that are in need of a local professional with their paperwork in order and a decent background to handle their home repairs and installs. -carpentry, cabinets and countertops, painting projects, yard work, etc.

I need a couple of contacts in the area that:
- Have no significant criminal history
- Carry General Liability Insurance
- Have current state licensing (when necessary)

PLEASE NOTE: These are REFERRALS and I DO NOT need a contractor for my personal property. I will get you specific types of work in specific areas and I do require a small finder's fee for these work orders, ($5 - $55) and you will have to close the business down from there.
