We have several years experience in producing top quality video and photographic products. Here's a few things that you can expect: Professionalism Because we have been managing photographic and videographic operations for quite some time, we can provide direct, meaningful input on setting up your event. You can expect prompt, courteous service. We assure you that, while we can't control the nature or content of your event, we can promise a good, clean, professional photo/video production. Photo AND/OR video work We do both photographic and videographic work. All pictures and film materials are shot on digital medium with state-of-the-art equipment. We use brands such as Cannon, Agfa, Kodak, Sony, and Lenovo. Fast! Unless you would like us to edit your material after shooting, we will have your material written to CD or DVD and given to you the day of the shoot! In fact, you will get it before you leave. No long delay or wandering away with your pictures! Editing We offer full editing services in our studio/offices in Fairfax, VA. In fact, we encourage our clients to be a part of the editing process. Generally, it takes 2 hours of editing time for each 1 hour (45 min) of finalized video. Photo editing is different, as it is calculated on the number of photos to be edited rather than length of film (obviously), but when only "modest" editing is required, expect 10 minutes per photo. These are estimates only, but they should give you an idea of the time and cost associated with the editing process. Editing includes: Photos Enlarging and reducing prints. Removing red-eye, blurring, shadows, and other lighting effects or problems. Fixing contrast of brightness/hue issues (get rid of "pasty" look). Remove unwanted objects, colors, or...people! Add wanted object, backdrops, colors, or...people! Add comments, footer, headers, frames, antiquing, etc. Add special effects, format for web distribution, etc. Videos All photo editing aspects plus... Addition of sound overlay. Frame by frame editing capability. Adding pictures or "new frames" not in original shoot. Adding title screen, credits, and any other "support" type screen not already present -- edit the same as needed. Fade in and out, and provide narrative overlay by frame, if needed. Insert, splice, dice, and generally re-arrange content as required. Merge multiple films together and condense into a clear, free flowing video. Our lab has state of the art high-tech equipment for even more advanced functionality. Let us know if you have special requests. Flat Fee. Our rate for filming is a flat $100 per hour, no matter what is required. Travel time is generally included unless the target destination is not in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna Metro station (i.e. more than 10 miles therefrom). Video and Photo work is charged at the same rate -- $100 per hour. You may combine photography and videography for $150 per hour. We can also print photos, both large and small. Editing Fee. The fee to edit photos or video is $100 per hour. See above for general time requirements regarding editing. We are licensed, and insured.
