Main Responsibilities: Performs administrative support tasks for one or more key executives Conducts market research using a variety of techniques Assists with the development of plans for marketing Schedules meetings and coordinating travel itineraries Prepares expense reports and invoices for Accounting Organizes and maintains paper and electronic files Orders office supplies Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Strong organizational skills Great attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple projects Ability to be a self-starter and meet deadlines Ability to work independently Ability to utilize the Internet for research Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software Proven ability to support multiple executives This is a part-time salaried position with annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
