The Residence Inn - National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for this new property. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc..) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance.
