2 unfurnished  bedrooms are available for daily or weekly rental. Ideal for the transient individual who is visiting the area, on short term work assignment, doing research or needing to retreat from their world. If you have a sleeping bag or air bed then this would be ideal for you. (Or I will provide for extra) This is for the easy going, drama free and community oriented individuals.

This is a 3 bedroom house shared by 2 others and a 1 year old puppy. We are both laid back, peace loving, and earth friendly, green artists.

The house is located a short block away from the Potomac Avenue metro (blue/orange line) with all the conveniences of living. Harris Teeter Grocery store is across the street, 2 CVS's, Eastern Market, Barracks Row, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Safeway, Dry Cleaning, Hardware store, Movies stores, Nationals Ball Park, the Hill & Government Offices. (I take a beautiful 30 minute walk to all the museums and L'Enfant plaza where I work. With trails of outside cafes and neat spots along the way.) Easy access to the beltway as well. Off street parking.

The daily rent is $55.00 and the weekly rent is $360.00 and includes all the amenities. Additional person is $25.00 per night.  Renters are subject to back ground check and approval.
