Must be a non-smoker, non-drug user, no criminal record, and provide personal and work references. The neighborhood has year round tennis courts, walking trails, and soccer fields. It is 2 miles from great restaurants, a movie theatre, and nightlife. We are laid-back, easy-going young professionals and we have the sweetest cat named Simba who looks like a cheetah. No other pets because Simba is “king of his domain”. We do the occasional happy hour during the week, host BBQ’s on weekends on the outdoor double deck and typically have two big parties a year for our June birthdays and Christmas. However, during the week we are laid back and mellow due to our work schedules. The room is the second largest bedroom in the townhome and is furnished with a bed, dresser and a bookcase. Access to community areas of the house includes a kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dedicated refrigerator, full sized washer and dryer in the basement. In the rec room there is a 55 inch flat-screen T.V. with HD cable and Bose Surround Sound. It is great for watching movies and sports. Utilities include wireless internet but there is no house telephone--used only for faxes. If you are planning to move to the area and want to secure a place now don't wait.
