Date Listed: Apr-28-08 Event Date(s): Jun-19-08 to Jun-22-08 Event Time: 18:00 Praise Is What We Do “I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth, yea I will praise him among the multitudes ” Psalm 109:30 Because singing and music are important parts of the praise and worship experience, the Young Adult Choir of the Holy People for Christ Church has prepared an excellent opportunity for your church’s youth and young adult choir to participate in a three-day choir workshop on June 19-22, 2008. This workshop will provide them with valuable information that supplements instruction and training you have provided. The workshop theme is “Praise Is What We Do” and it is our prayer that all participants will gain a deeper understanding of the purpose of the choir, praise and worship, and music ministries by the end of the workshop. We are fortunate to have Elder Jeremiah Murphy serve as the guest clinician for this workshop. He will impart scriptural truth and make available his many years of experience and vast knowledge in the areas of singing and music in order to prepare us for the next level of praise and worship of God. Registration is open to participants ages, 10 years and older. The registration fee includes workshop materials, refreshments Thursday and Friday after the workshop, and continental breakfast on Saturday. We anticipate the participation of young people from all over the country so register early! Please make copies of the registration form (one registration form per participant).
