hello..my name is mary..I need your help..is there anyone out there that can help me solve this problem...i moved to maryland about a year ago in march..and in january of this year i moved my child here from north carolina...causing her to have to finish her last year in high school in maryland ...she ended up finishing #1 top in her class 4.2...grade point average ..because she had to move she missed alot of her college's enrollment deadlines...the state of maryland did give her a scholarship...but then later took it back with the statement that she wasn't a resident of the state...the state of north carolina did the same thing...i have always told her that when she finish high school that i could see her going to college..but now she knows that being a single parent ..i can't send her to college..she still holds her head up and has applied online...the cost is 5500.00 ...because my credit was so messed up ..they had to put the loan in her name..can someone please tell me how i can help here out..i can't afford to pay the loan..but i'm trying to keep a roof over our heads..i really don't know much about about college...
