NADA listed at average retail for nearly $60K. It is a 38 ft dual axle, three-slide unit (2 LR area and 1 MBR), with all the amenities. This is a one-owner Fifth Wheel Camper. It was purchased in California. We have enjoyed this unit for the past three years and it has been from west coast to east coast. This is camping paradise with 3 slides and a host of features. It’s dry weight is 11,790 lbs and full-up it is 14,970 lbs. We added several features to this camper - gas line for semi-permanent usage, outdoor shower, and outdoor entertainment unit.
It has top of the line appliances and the only custom entertainment center boasting solid maple cabinetry. This camper was sent to a custom cabinet shop outside of Gilroy, CA to construct the entertainment center. It has been retrofitted with two 1,000 lb steel caster wheels to prevent “saddle-bagging”. This unit was used in two trips in CA, the Grand Canyon, and then made its way across the US to the East Coast upon our transfer of assignment. Other features include a sleeper sofa, 2 leather recliners w/ottomans, eat-in kitchen table, fireplace, hi-fi cd/stereo, and 31-inch flat screen TV. It has a pass through slide storage system, HVAC, garden tub w/shower and full bath, and plenty of on-board and under deck storage. It has an auto power feature that allows you to run on AC/DC power. The waste storage system has an electronic monitoring system to allow you to know when you need to attend to it. We hate to part with it, but have three children involved in extra-curricular activities; we don’t have the time to travel and now it just sits. Someone needs to be enjoying this unit like we use to. If you do not have a vehicle set up for towing a fifth wheel, we would consider selling the one that we use to tow it. This is a great recreational vehicle, very clean, and in mint condition.
