Cosmo the Quaker Parakeet is VERY sweet! Cosmo steps up, is not very loud, and happily eats all the "goodies" (like fresh vegetables and fruits) you feed him. He loves to "chatter" with you when you talk to him and he is a just a super sweet bird! Cosmo has always lived with other birds, so a home with another bird to keep him company when you're out and about would be great. He is currently friends with Tiger Lily, and could be adopted with her or into a home that already has a Quaker-sized bird.
