BooBoo is a beautiful little Quaker. He loves a bath and when he sees the spray bottle he puffs up like a softball and can't wait to get drenched! He is a happy playful little guy and loves toys and playing. He needs someone to work with him on trust and help him become the best bird we know he can be.
