Description
Sammy is a 10-12 month old, sweet-natured Nanday Conure. Sam was given up because his owner's dog grabbed him and the owners couldn't afford to take him to the vet. Sam lost all his tail feathers and had a dislocated toe after his run-in with the dog. He had to wear a splint on his foot for 2 weeks, but, he's healed up and has even grown his tail back -- he's now in perfect feather! Like most conures, Sammy can be loud at times, but he is a sweet, wonderful baby, and he'll win your heart!! For information about our adoption process, please email inquiry@phoenixlanding.org.
