Description

Responsibilities:

* Provide end user support for client related electronic devices.
* Learn about the systems we sell and be able to help our customers use them.
* Answer customer inquiries in a friendly informative manner.
* Respond and resolve a high volume of E-mail inquiries.
* Make customers feel comfortable with their purchase.
* Conduct online research when necessary.
* Calm down frustrated customers while maintaining a patient and professional attitude .
* Inspect and Process returns sent back to the warehouse.

Employee Skills:

* Strong computer, Internet, E-mail skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good problem solving and multi-tasking skills are essential.
* Able to work independently, not afraid to ask questions, able to make good decisions.
* Experience with Order Management Software preferred.
* Professional, High-energy, team-player.
