Early Bird Boot Camp: Monday & Wednesday 6am-7am
The early bird boot camp is designed for the working individual that finds it too difficult to squeeze exercise in or are simply too exhausted by the end of the workday to workout. With this boot camp you get up, get fit and get to work on time. This boot camp consists of a wide variety of routines to maximize results & you never get bored: Cardio Conditioning: Sports Specific Routines, Jump Roping, Cones, Kickboxing, Ladders, Balance Training: Stability Balls, Yoga Cool Downs, Full Body Strength Circuit Training, Pilates, Isometric Exercises, and much more.
Simply Fit Boot Camp: Monday & Wednesday 7pm-8pm 11/2/09-12/2/09
