Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of company-wide and regional marketing strategies. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for developing the marketing mission, goals and financial objectives, including long and short term budgeting. We seek a sharp, dedicated, industrious, inquisitive, and flexible individual who will be able to adapt to a fast pace and frequently changing priorities. Position if ideal for someone whose talents include both the visionary for big picture planning as well the tenacity required to ensure implantation activities.

Duties Include:
• Creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing program.
• Creating, implementing and measuring the success of a lead generation and new client acquisition program.
• Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resources necessary to assist the company's regions and offices in marketing their activities and provide counsel when needed.
• Ensure consistent image and brand presentation throughout the company.

Candidate Qualifications

BS/BA plus 5 years of directly related experience – preferably in a consulting environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities, team-oriented work-style.
