I bought this carrier last year to carry my cat to the vet and to fly in and it's been great.

It's a Samsonite and is airline approved for in-cabin use, and has seat belt attachments for automobile travel.

The dimensions are 18" long X 10 1/2" high X 10" wide. The carrier is just flexible enough to be placed under the airline seat in front of you. The width allows room on either side for your comfort. It's big enough for pets up to 22 lbs.
